- How To Loose The Last Bit Of Weight/fat – As I Am Currently In The Middle Of Long Plateau. ?
Hi, I’m a 20 year old 5′3 female that weights around 135pounds
Currently on a 1200 (meaning 1250-1350)cal a day diet most days, occasionally a tiny bit higher. I am also a strict vegetarian (not quite vegan). So I have choosen to maintain my nutritional needs rather than always meet my calorie limits, especially as I have been aiming for this level of calories for almost 2months now, before that for four months I was aiming for 1400cal a day.
I also regularily (almost daily) do one or more of pilaties/yoga, 5-10km at a moderate intensity on an elliptical trainer, walk for 30+ minutes usually with a heavy backpack, or at least carrying my 2L bottle of water.
I drink around 4L + of pure water a day.
Any healthy sustainable suggestions to aid in my continued weight loss, just currently I’m really feeling very stuck, and really want to loose that last bit of weight/ body fat.

- I Dont Want To Eat Anymore….?
i’m 16, 5′2″ 137 pounds. i’ve been on so many diets – both short term and long term ones. i’ve done things the healthy way (ex: cut out desserts, and played 5 days a week of soccer, for 2 hrs each day) and while other ppl lost 10-15 pounds in two months, i didnt lose a thing. i cut out all junk foods and went vegetarian for a few months, still nothing. i set calorie limits for awhile (1200-1400 calories a day) still nothing. i tried cutting out all bread foods (toast, oatmeal, pasta, rice) and desserts, while exercising 30-60 minutes a day, and still nothing. i read a gazillion articles on how to be healthy and lose weight, and again, i’ve stayed the same. its been two years, and not a pound has been shed. i hate the way i look.
i havent eaten in 36 hours and i have absolutly no desire to. i have a wedding to go to on Dec. 29th. i am supposed to wear a dress but i refuse to at this weight.
i dont eat junk food at all. i love to exercise. but i cant lose weight. why not???? =’( - Why Am I So Hungry? Dear Lord?
okay, so im trying to lose like 5-10 pounds. i work out and try to eat right. lately i’ve been trying to keep my calorie intake to about 1200, not right on the dot, but right near it. im a vegetarian, so im conscious about getting enough protein. i usually eat cereal and coffee for breakfast, a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich for lunch, and an apple and a banana, and carrots. and then dinner is whatever my mom makes: usually a vegetable dish with rice or noodles, or vegetable soup, or fish…and either a salad or fruit. and i work out at least 4 times a week, minimum. why am i always so hungry? i shouldn’t be growing anymore, im nearly 17, female (5′4″, 124 pounds, while we’re at it)
my only other worry is that im slightly anemic due to not getting sufficient protein in my diet and really bad periods
anybody have any advice or suggestions?
when i say i work out, i run anywhere from 2-3.5 miles, do light weight training a few times a week, sometimes i bike instead. - Weight Problems!!! Plz Help!?!?!?!?!?!?!?is This Okay??

breakfast (snack): 93 calorie vegetarian taco
lunch: ruby’s kids turkey burger, with fries ( i ate about half the fries)
snack: a small pinkberry

hey im a veggie and i am in need of losing weight before school starts i think im on the right track can u just let me know if this is good and any suggestions ( please no eggs they gag me)
Im 15 about 200 pounds ive lost about 40 pounds but i changed my diet to eat healthy
This is usually what i eat a day
A bowl Of Special K cereal with low fat milk maybe a 1/4 cup i dont use very much
Lunch: A salad with Spinach lettuce tomatoes avocado some croutons Not very much ( 1 calorie spray caesar spray
Snack : Peaches , Plums , Apricots
Dinner: A Lean cusine ( Sometimes)
I eat about 1200 calories a day and i intake very low fat and oils
( if i eat oil its olive oil in popcorn)
Excerise: I walk my dog for about 25-35 min a day and take a lot of steep hills i do chest workouts every night
and im not sure if sleeping in does anything to u i go to bed at 2 and get up at 10 i am up for change
I always brush my teeth b4 i go to bed so i dont snack HeHe :p

- 1000 Calories A Day Help???
I need your help!! I was put on a 1000-1200 calorie food intake per day. This is really not a diet, but something to help me shed the effects my body underwent a result of Chemotherapy-Streiod treatments for 4 months. I finished on July 12th but I just cannot seem to shed this Steriod weight and it’s so uncomfortable for me.
It’s about 20 extra pounds.
Today my Oncologist suggested walking 45 minutes three times a week and eating no more than 1200 calories a day. This is all well and good, except that I don’t even think I eat 900 calories a day now!!
I’m vegetarian and eat no processed or fast foods. I eat nothing out of a can or a box, so most of my food intake is all natural veggies and fruits,fish.
Maybe someone can just help me balance what I eat and when I eat…
The Chemo did effect my eating habits so that I’m not hungry most of the time and then when I do get hungry, I don’t think I take in enough calories to burn any thing..

but im such a sucker for sausages , they are my biggest weakness.
there high in fat & salt so i know its unhealthy .
i tried beating my craving but its hopeless , so should i start eating quorn sausages (vegetarian sausages if your not familiar with them) they only have 78 calories per sausage or something , but are they really unhealthy or anything , do you recomened i try them
- Calorie Count For A Somewhat-active Female Vegetarian? (roller Derby Plus Others)?
I do roller derby, so I take some hits…I was wondering if this would require the same amount of calories for a normally active “normal diet” female (1600-2000 cals, depending) [1200 on the non-active days]. As some of you know, I’m new to the vegetarian scene. I’m guessing the high protein rule is still the same as normal active people? When I say active, I mean practice is about 2 hrs twice a week, I skate off and on between them, and I do yoga/ play wii/ belly dance ( just a little bit)/ house dance occasionally throughout the week.
Im not overly active, but once the game season starts for the derby team I need to be in shape…plus Im a new vegetarian, so extra care would be helpful. Thanks.

- Vegetarian On A Diet??
I’m trying to restrict my caloric intake to 1200 calories a day and burn about 400 daily. I am a pescetarian (I eat only seafood meat). So here’s the thing- when I’m 5′6” and 15. I used to weigh 108 pounds (maybe a little underweight, I admit) because I had a strict vegetarian diet. My parents made me quit because I had kind of lost a bit of weight. Bam! I’m fat again. I gained all of the weight back that had took me 6 flipping months to lose. Now I have a huge *** and lots of fat surrounding my hip area.
So my fat *** has ripped holes in the back pockets or crotch seams of 3 pairs of jeans. Those jeans used to be loose on me- now I can barely squeeze into them.
I’ve been deperately trying to lose the weight by following a 1200 calories diet, running ery day, and strength training.

So I broke another pair of jeans today. My dad’s friend noticed that I had put on weight, so he went up and felt my arm as if I had been ana or something.
